For the last week, I have been doing some Yoga, Pilates and LOTS of crunches. I havent quite been told it's okay, but I'm fell really great! Honestly for the last week and a half, I dont even feel like I had an injury. It's pretty scary.
Not only have I started doing some "light" exercise, but I have put myself back on a pretty strict diet, it's called "The Abs Diet", I bought the book off of the Runners World magazine website. Pretty interesting stuff.
So with all of that said, hopefully I can start getting strong and lean again before I really start getting strong and lean again. I'll know a week from Friday exactly what type of running I can do again. I'm really excited. It's kind of like when I was a kid and I couldnt wait until Christmas.
